Kimberly is excellent at what she does. I initially went for weight loss at the time weighing 138.8lbs. I had been trying my own crash diets and I would lose 5lbs and gain it right back. I heard about Kimberly from a friend and I decided to go. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try her program. I consistently lost weight every 2 weeks I weighed. I lost 12lbs in all after 2 1/2 months on the program. Now I haven't been 100% on it and still haven't gained anything back. I feel better. Also last year 2016 my cholesterol was 209, this year 2017 after diet it's 156 and everything else is in the normal range that wasn't previously. So after going for weight loss I found I became so much healthier!
